President: Ken (Not in attendance)
Membership: Tim; reported 103 – 107 members
Communications: Doug; Benefits Beat will be out in March. February 28th is the deadline for submitting articles.
(AI) We will be e-mailing distribution list for the golf outing
Legislative: Doug
(AI) Doug putting together article for Benefits Beat regarding community rating
Programs/Education: We have 50 confirmed responses for the health care forum
(AI) Kris will handle menu for the Hard Rock “after party”
Technology: Holly (Not in attendance)
Awards: No report
Old Business:
(AI) Melissa Hart fundraiser April 15th. $100 per person, $150 per couple. Goal is to get 50 people.
Golf invitations are done. AMS and Aetna committed to $1,000 apiece in sponsorship
(AI) We will do detailed financial report for 2004's golf outing
(AI) Letter to local restaurants for gift certifies
(AI) We will buy 150 “Golf Buddies” with logo for $3 a piece
