President: Ken
Membership: Tim reported 92 members. Highmark members will be renewing membership as individuals.
(AI) Doug will be sending letter to HealthAssurance broker list
(AI) Board member to contact specific brokers
Communications: Doug, Benefits Beat will be out before Thanksgiving
Legislative: Doug, We have concerns over the amendments being tabled for background checks for new agents.
(AI) Board members consider 10/12 program or collectively contributing as a board
(AI) Participate in Operation Shout!
Programs/Education: Health Care Forum, time and location is February 24th from 2:30pm – 4:30pm with HR 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Looking for location to accommodate 100 individuals. Prices for station square $500 for theater-style seating.

Vince gave list of new CE classes to Don. Vince will be offering pre-licensing courses
Technology: Holly, Doug e-mailed pictures from last few events to Holly to be put on the web site.

New Business:
DC conference: Doug will book 3 rooms for $900. Will be held on the 27th – 30th March. 6 people will be attending
Next board meeting will be at Doug’s house on December 10th at 4pm.
