Federal Reform: Adam Brackemyre-Director of State Affairs, NAHU Prior to working for NAHU, Adam worked at the Council for Affordable Health Insurance (CAHI) for three years, beginning as a staff assistant and departing as the assistant director of legislative affairs. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University. In his spare time, he serves as the President of the college’s DC area Alumni Council and just completed his Masters of Public Policy degree at George Mason University. State Reform: Vince Phillips-PAHU Lobbyist Some issues on which he has worked besides almost every health insurance issue facing General Assembly include the banks in insurance, producer licensing reform and Workers’ Compensation reforms. In addition to lobbying, his firm offers over 71 approved CE courses for PA agents. He holds an MPA from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, an MA from the University of Notre Dame, a BA from Indiana University South Bend and a graduate Certificate in Public Policy from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
